                    The next Board Meeting will be held on February 6th at 7:00 p.m. at the Smith Mountain Lake Community Church located at  6675 Burnt Chimney Road in Wirtz (across from Napoli Cowboy)

The Meadows at Smith Mountain Lake is Franklin County's premier stick built modular subdivision. ? It features deeded boat slips with all lots, paved state maintained roads, a common area with parking, picnic area, beach and swimming area along with some of the best views of the area and Smith Mountain.  If you are looking for more information about our community or would like to request a Disclosure Packet (for a fee of $150) please email TheMeadowsatSML@gmail.com.
